Please note that the LTN Strategy can be utilized by communities where internet access is not widespread. Of course, in such situations, many of the tools provided by, and linked into from, the LTN web site will not be usable. Nonetheless, as long as a few individuals can download the Strategy and maintain some dialogue with the Network, their community can be recognized as a participating Member of the Living Together Network.
