Living Together Network

“REFLECT” is a community visioning exercise. It is a call to artists (and the artist in YOU) to get out your paints and brushes, your camera or camcorder, your stage costumes or whatever your chosen medium (of the fine, digital or performance arts) and CHANGE the WORLD. Yes, this is an invitation to “roll up your sleeves” and creatively express the great challenge of our generation and the Opportunity Now to Make the Transition to a more harmonious, fulfilling & sustainable world.

“REFLECT” works with the evocative imagery of the Transition movement Logo as the basic Template and Inspiration for this community visioning exercise. Participating Artists are free to REFLECT the CHANGE at any level ~ from your local street corner to the planet as a whole.

This Initiative is a joint project of the WB Chapter of the Living Together Network and Transition Shores (a Transition Initiative in Wollumbin Bioregion). Our goal is that on June 21, 2009 there will be REFLECT Events simultaneously held around the world. These events will showcase the local community’s range of artistic expressions ~ displaying the fine arts, screening multi-media and performing dance and theater ~ that REFLECT the Transition from WHAT IS to WHAT COULD BE.
